At Beloved & Bespoke, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our bespoke gift boxes. Our refund policy is designed to ensure your utmost satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our personalized products:

Customized Product Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our bespoke gift boxes, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for these custom-made items, except in cases of damage or error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at becky@belovedandbespoke.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will work swiftly to rectify the issue, either through a replacement or a refund.

Quality Assurance: Every gift box is thoroughly inspected for quality before shipment. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us. We will assess these claims on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the customization process has not begun. Once customization has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Non-Custom Items: For non-customized items, returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
