Orders and Payments

Orders are placed through our Shopify-powered online store. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information so we can process and deliver your order. Payment is collected at checkout using the payment options available on our website.

Age Requirements

Some gift boxes may include alcohol. You must be of legal drinking age in your province or territory to purchase or receive any order containing alcohol. In British Columbia, the legal drinking age is 19. We may refuse or cancel an order if age requirements cannot be confirmed.

Custom and Personalized Orders

For custom engraving, branded gifts or personalized products, you are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, logos and artwork. By submitting custom content, you confirm that you have the right to use it and give Beloved & Bespoke permission to use it for the purpose of completing your order.

Products and Availability

Many of our gift boxes include small-batch, seasonal or locally made products. Product availability may change, and we may substitute an item with one of equal or greater value when needed. We do our best to keep product descriptions, pricing and availability accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.

Shipping, Delivery and Returns

Shipping times, delivery options and return eligibility are outlined in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays or peak-season volume.

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt to access restricted systems, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

The Beloved & Bespoke name, website content, product photography, copy, branding and design elements belong to Beloved & Bespoke unless otherwise noted. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
